AUDIO / VIDEO REQUIREMENTS

Computer, Projector and Screen: Krister uses a Microsoft SurfaceBook 2 laptop running Windows 10 with a Mini-Display port for video output. Krister will bring adapters for Mini-Display to HDMI (preferred) and Mini-Display to VGA. Krister’s entire presentation is presented from his computer using a 16:9 display ratio. Client must provide a wireless clicker to use to with Krister’s laptop. The larger the screen and the higher the quality of the projector, the better.

Confidence Monitor: Krister strongly prefers a confidence monitor.

Timer: Krister strongly prefers a timer that is visible from the stage.

Video Recording: You are welcome to record and distribute Krister’s keynote, as long as you provide a copy of the recording to Krister. To simplify the capturing the recording, Krister will have an Atomos Ninja V. The Atmos Ninja V accepts HDMI input and 3.5mm audio input. Recording with the Ninja V is quite simple, however if your team needs more information, here is the Atomos Ninja V user manual.

Microphone and Audio: Krister requires a wireless lavaliere microphone connected to a high-quality audio system. Speakers/audio should be very high-quality and sufficient for the entire audience to hear sound/video clips played directly from Krister’s laptop.  Please make sure the sound system is functioning and tested before his arrival.

No Podium: Krister prefers no podium to be on stage.  If one must be present, he prefers it to be pushed back so that he may walk in front of it unencumbered.

Beverage: Please have a bottle of water available to Krister while on stage.

Audio and Video System Testing: Krister must have the ability to do an AV test no fewer than 30 minutes before taking the stage.

Internet Access Not Required: Krister presents using his own laptop with embedded videos.  The entire presentation and all content are self-contained and do NOT require Internet access.
